Fixing the href

On this page, the navbar links do not work due to flask url.

If you see the top 3 images should be all squares, but the 3rd one seems to be round.

The fonts and colors are non-uniform

In the leaderboard, the image when displayed isn't resized and it needs to be resized so that it doesn't cuts off too much during the transition. Also the background circle u see (made using clip path) can be assigned colours gold,silver and bronze
