This is the robot code that will run on the RoboRIO, and does not include vision or other co-processor execution. Old versions of the code, by year, when finalised, will be tagged as such.

the cunstructor should require intake hardare
this should return intake and outake commands, and stop camands
when any are interupted should stop the intake
