Science branch of focus
For currenct science branch:
- Add focus effects "Found university of Přemysl Otakat II."
- Add events or even some effects while doing focus "Cooperation program"
Nice-to-have:
- Custom icons
Little rework of faction focuses
Modify the branch where factions are formed to allow invited countries to pop up events and have the option to decline or come.
Currently the game forces them into a faction.
Nice-to-have:

Diplomacy branch of focus
- "Our own way..." invent an event chain and change the cost to 30
