README has gem default content

This needs rewriting, we should at least point to geewiz/twitch-bot.

Dockerise!

Having a clean way to deploy and run the application is always good. Especially if there's a strong likelihood that we're going to run supporting services like a Redis database.

Build an !attack command

Each time this command is executed in chat, it does a random "hacker" thing in chat, such as run nmap etc.

Implement !attack command

With !defend added, we now also need a command for our incoming raiders!

Build a !defend command

Each time this command gets executed in chat, it does a random "anti-hacker" thing in chat such as set up packet filters etc.

Defend against chat members

We could make the !defend command more personal by using random chat user names, for example returning "iptables ... -j REJECT -s @Nickname". If possible, we could even narrow it down to raiders.
