Consider in v2 converting to schema.org linked data

It seems like there is already really good coverage of all the items tracked in the PLDP in the common schema.org Linked Data schemas. Switching from a custom defined protocol to general Linked Data would allow survey data captured by PLDP to be usable with the rest of the world's data.
