Refactor all relais modules into one abstract class

Currently stuff like lamps and static pumps (like ph up/down and nutrient) all have their own logic implemented even though they get controlled through the same hardware (a relais).

Move the logic into a abstract class and let the modules only set the pin they are on

Add configuration store on server

Since every client (aka. growbed) has its own CN it would be nice to use a centralized configuration storage.

This could be used to directly change configuration during runtime to change settings for different plants.

For example:

• Wanted ph value
• Time on for lamp
• Moisture level
• Nutrient PPM level

etc. etc.

Refactor all motor modules into one abstract class

Currently all motors implement their own logic. They are driven by the same type of motor driver so their logic should be moved into a shared abstract class
