tautulli2trakt's Issues

Roadmap?

Hey.
Great job.
Since trakt-scrobbler already lost most of it's functionality (thanks plex),
i'm wondering if you have any plans for "two-way-sync" aswell as creating/syncing Playlists on Plex etc.

thanks

TV Shows Not Scrobbled

Only movies are getting scrobbled and synced to Trakt. When viewing the Tautulli logs, it seems that both the TVDB and IMDB IDs are not being included in the script notifier when viewing a TV show:

Tautulli Notifiers :: Full script is: [u'/Applications/Tautulli/scripts/tautulli2trakt.sh', '-m', 'episode', '-s', 'The Movies That Made Us', '-M', 'The Movies That Made Us - Ghostbusters', '-y', '2019', '-t', '', '-i', '', '-S', '1', '-E', '3', '-P', '83', '-a', 'stop']

Tautulli doesn't recognize Plex Server version

Hi,

Tautulli doesn't seem to know what version of Plex I'm running (on Nvidia Shield). Im on public channel. I tried both options "server settings" "public channel". I get other notifications just fine. Just not the one when new plex update is available . Is this a problem with Server running on Shield? Tautulli is on the same network as Plex and all other notifications work just fine.
The "Release" Combobox in Plex Media Server options is empty.
In the logfiles there are not errors.
Thanks

Tautulli error and info not making it to trakt.tv

I have a feeling this is something I did wrong, but who knows. I walked through the configuration twice now, making sure I removed everything in between each step.

When I watch something and it completes, I'm getting an error in my Tautulli logs and nothing ever shows up on trakt.tv for me.

I've got a custom condition on the script settings that looks if a user is <user 1> or is <user 2> but that looks like it's running okay in the logs.

It's really the Script error: grep: unrecognized option: P that comes up consistently.

tautulli.log

Thanks!

Notifications to TRAKT don't work

Hello,

Tautulli and the script are installed on my QNAP NAS.
Here's what I get in the LOG each time the WATCHED action is triggered:

2019-11-19 21:09:38 - DEBUG :: Thread-105 : Tautulli ActivityHandler :: Session 14 watched.

2019-11-19 21:11:44 - DEBUG :: Thread-105 : Tautulli ActivityHandler :: Removing sessionKey 14 ratingKey 2910 from session queue

Everything seems to work as it should, but the notification is not supported in TRAKT.TV

What does the "status code 77" mean?

Do you have an idea ?

Entire sync

If you plan to add more to this cool tool, would it be possible to sync history from tautulli to trakt?
I had to revert to an old database because of a corruption that was happening for 2 months. My tautulli logs are still there but both plex and trakt end before 2 months ago so I have to mark everything as watched manually.

Having a tool that could sync from Tautulli to Trakt from the history would be incredibly useful. It could even get the ones that Plex missed or before the trakt scrobble tool was added.

Progress <80% doesn't get marked as played

As per the Trakt documentation: https://trakt.docs.apiary.io/#reference/scrobble/stop

My Tautulli was set as "mark 75% as watched", so the last call to the script was made at 75%. This does not register with Trakt as a scrobble, resulting in missing items in my Trakt history, even though I watched the episode to the end.

So either Tautulli does not generate a "stream stopped" event at the end of my episodes (watching through Kodi + Plex plugin), or there should be a notice somewhere to not configure Tautulli to generate the "watched" event on lower than 80%, since that will not result in a scrobble.

Script Generates Errors

The script is generating the following error logged in Tautulli when executed:

Tautulli Notifiers :: Script error:
    usage: date [-jnRu] [-d dst] [-r seconds] [-t west] [-v[+|-]val[ymwdHMS]] ...
