Add complex numerical encoding for blocks.
Similar to #2, but block states are stored separately. For example, a glass pane can attach to up to 4 adjacent blocks and can therefore have 16 (2^4) possible states. This is how structure block data is stored by default.

Add data export containing all block IDs
The main purpose behind this tool is to prepare structure data for an upcoming AI project that fills in parts of structures in Minecraft based on the parts that already exist. The current system is fine for inference on pre-existing structures, but the blocks that should be used when generating new parts may not be included in the generated palette. Additionally, the AI system will be able to learn more interesting relationships between blocks if it constantly has all of them loaded, and it will be easier to design.
Add simple value encoding for blocks
Each block is identified using a number, which refers to a block type in a palette/dictionary list. Block states are not recorded.
