feat: customizable emote avatars for users

Add some way to include an "avatar" for a user in Sparky generated content.

This will obviously not work by just using a user avatar, but should be possible using emotes.

• Add a command to set a particular emote for a user, preferably using User Commands
• Persist that information
• Include that emote wherever that particular user is mentioned by Sparky.

feat: simple replacement

Bring back a command like Sparky Serenity’s !simple that allows users to vote for a number of days in a week.

This was by far the most useful command.
