JavaScript implementation of the some routines in GeographicLib

This repository hosts two JavaScript packages geographiclib-geodesic and geographiclib-dms.

Prior to version 2.0.0, these were combined in node package geographiclib. This package will be deprecated on 2023-05-01.

the special case of returning NaN for inverse problem

Hello,
I realized that geodesic.Geodesic.WGS84.Inverse(45, 0, -45, 179.572719) returns {"lat1": 45, "lat2": -45, "lon1": 0, "lon2": 179.572719, "a12": NaN, "s12": NaN, "azi1": 90, "azi2": NaN}, using geographiclib-geodesic.js (Version: 2.0.0).

I suspect that the removal of
[<script src="https://geographiclib.sourceforge.io/scripts/geographiclib.min.js"></script>]
may have broken a few sites. Fortunately I have a copy of the source and can host it locally on the server, but the issues is why split and cause users the problem of figuring out how to use the separated packages, and which ones to use.

Surely there is nothing lost, by making a combined version available.
