Latitude/longitude confused in the tutorial

This line:

plot(myline_sf[1], main = myline_sf$name, col = "red", lwd = 3, lty = 5, graticule = TRUE, xlab = "latitude", ylab = "longitude", axes = TRUE)

...is incorrect in that x is longitude, y is latitude. But actually the labels don't even appear in the first place, so they can be removed.

Small typo line 245-248

In the following lines, "GeoJSON" should be GML.

## Try to export the simple feature to a GeoJSON. What happens?
try(st_write(myroute, dsn = "./data/route.gml"))

Issues with plot(add=TRUE) in sf

In some cases there are issues plotting several sf objects in the same plot using plot(add=TRUE). ggplot() seems to work fine.

If this is a real issue and not some mistake in the logic of the code, it should be tracked on the edzer/sf repo, but it's best to provide a reproducible example.
