jsfx's Issues

Software license

Hello, I have noticed that your work does not have a software license assigned.
Would you mind to add one?

I'm asking you this because I'm the author of https://github.com/jpcima/ysfx.
As I wrote the "JSFX resources" sections and list your repo down there, that brought me to notice the lack of license.

Thanks! :)

Render Beep sound with the spectrum matcher

Hi Geraint,

Thank you for the amazing work. Let me explain my problem first,

I want to use the spectrum match to match one audio to the other. And I want to view the audio in spectragram(spectral edit in Reaper). My original audio has a sampling rate of 8khz. However when I render the mix in 8khz with the spectrum match effect, the output is simplly a beep sound. When I increase the sampling rate to 32khz, everything works out. However I still want to keep the same sampling rate as 8 khz.

Could you please give me some advice?

Best regards,

ZX

UI for spectrum matcher

I'd like to use spectrum matcher, but as a blind screen reader user, I cannot interact at all with the UI.

THis is strange, because when I looked briefly at the source, there are a bunch of slider definitions at the top of the file. In general, these generate perfectly usable and accessible UI controls which my screen reader can quite happily interact with. SO why are they not showing up here?

Perhaps your ui library is overriding all of them and drawing it's own UI? If this is the case, is there any way to disable tis and use the JSFX standard UI instead?

I heard the demo for this plugin and I'm extremely impressed; would love to be able to try it out!

Thanx for doing what you do!

star-catapult.net needs HTTPS

When Firefox or Chrome puts a big, bad icon telling me not to proceed, I rarely click through, and that's why I'm submitting this issue.

There's no problem, I was just checking all your download links to see if I needed to update, one link being this link:

So you need to switch your web site to HTTPS. If people get a warning from Chrome or Firefox, it nevers makes you look good as a site owner.

I use your JSFX Atlantis Reverb, and it's quite amazing, being that reverbs are normally CPU hogs, and generally don't sound very good. Yours is not a CPU hog, has a sheen that I look for, and has the absense of a spring reverb sound I don't like. That it's not a CPU hog is even more amazing, given that it's a JSFX script.

I have an 8 threaded AMD 4700u. An instance of Atlantis Reverb uses about 0.4% CPU. ReaVerbate uses about 0.07%. The 0.4% is very good compared to other JSFX reverbs I've tried.

After being intent on making your reverb work for me, I finally got some presets I've gotten in the past from magic reverbs that have 100 or more presets to surf through, to find what I need.

The importance of your reverb is that I'm working hard to use only the absolute minimum VST in my setup. I have Dexed, Tunefish, and LoudMax as 3rd-party VST. If I didn't have Atlantis Reverb, I would have to use another VST, since having a good sheen reverb is important.

Thanks. I'll close this issue in about a week if you don't.
