Add minimum requirements in readme.md

For those unaware, you can't just run this on any computer. It needs a CPU with AVX2 support and installed with a minimum version of ASP,NET Core 6.0 and FFmpeg 5.1.1 and presumably the latest version of Wine if running on Linux or macOS (I could not find any information on the minimum version of Wine that ASP.NET Core 6.0 runs on). You can hold this off until release.

Can´t get an output video format.

Was trying to covert to .fv some videos but i don´t get any output.fv file, i´m following the guide wich is just a drag and drop on the .bat file.
Update: Figured what was going on.

"FastVideoDSEncoder" command not recognized by system

I've already installed the .NET stuff and rebooted, but the encoder still doesn't seem to work. Does it have something to do with the .dll files that come with the encoder? If so, where should I put them?

Trying to encode content without audio gives "Unhandled exception. System.Exception: No audio stream found"

Trying to encode any content without an audio track, whether a video or a GIF file, throws this error:

This is More of a Question

Do you think a Linux-native version of the encoder that doesn't require the .net framework or AVX2 would be possible? Thanks in advance.

A license for the project

Could you please add a license to this repository, so that there will be no issues in using the code?
