Build RPM for latest wrk (CentOS 6, 7, 8)

Build latest wrk for CentOS / RedHat 6+ and Fedora 27+

CI	Purpose	Status
Travis	Tests complete buildability (runs on pull requests, etc.)
Copr	Builds wrk for CentOS and Fedora (slow repo, but many distros supported)
CircleCI	Builds wrk for GetPageSpeed repository (fast CDN repo, RHEL 6, 7, 8)

If you use CentOS / RHEL, it is highly recommended to install wrk from GetPageSpeed repository:

yum -y install https://extras.getpagespeed.com/release-latest.rpm
yum -y install wrk

F38: "It wasn't possible to enable this project."

$ sudo dnf copr enable getpagespeed/wrk

and packages are not held to any quality or security level.

Please do not file bug reports about these packages in Fedora
Bugzilla. In case of problems, contact the owner of this repository.

If you want to enable a non-default repository, use the following command:
  'dnf copr enable getpagespeed/wrk <repository>'
But note that the installed repo file will likely need a manual modification.
