feature: Possibility for selecting core URL from the UI

It will be a good addition to be able to use your self-hosted Polygon Core instance without hosting the UI separately. Users who do not want to go through the process of setting up the frontend would be able to use the instance of Polygon's UI that is available to everyone at a well-known URL, and just specify the URL of their server from there.

The URL will need to be stored both on the server side (probably inside of req.session provided by iron-session) and on the client-side (possibly localstorage) for making requests to the endpoints required by the UI. We might also want to consider adding server validation functionality to the core, to disallow the use of incompatible servers with our UI.

dev server is extremely slow

The dev server takes about 30 seconds to load the main page, production is working just fine though.

docs: Update the documentation

This is a tracking issue for updating the documentation of Polygon's UI.

If confirmPassword box does not match password box, show red error highlighting.
