displayLedMatrix with displayInterval of 0 should not time-out

currently it is disappearing after some ~30s

Detect and mark non-reachable devices in app device settings

Discovery manager should grab the application context of passed context

context = context.getApplicationContext()

Otherwise we might hold a reference to a context that should be freed, e.g. an activity

NuimoBluetoothController.connect(): we should probably clear the device cache before connecting to the device

Improve support for new permission request on Android M

NuimoDiscoveryManager should give better feedback on whether the permission was granted by the user or not. startDiscovery() should signal if permission was not granted. See checkPermissions() in NuimoDiscoveryManager.
