Firmware questions

Hi,

I have some questions about the GATT profile and the firmware in general (since there is no firmware repo I thought I'd ask the question here):

• How does Touch Top / Long Touch Top work? I can't trigger these events with my Nuimo
• Which device colors are there? My Nuimos either return Black or Unknown - is the third color Silver or White?
• Is there a way to tell my older Nuimos (hardware version 1.3) which color they are?
• Am I right that FlyBackwards and FlyTowards are removed from the firmware?
• Can you explain what you use the Heartbeat for?
• Can you explain when to calibrate the Fly sensor? I saw the option in the iOS app in the device details.

Nuimo for MacOS 14?

Hi, I tried to use this package on Sonoma without success.
I made it compile with Xcode 15.3 & Swift 5. My application can see the remote, connect to it (the checkmark appears on the LED matrix) but the connection is dropped immediately.
Anyone has better success?

Adjustable Rotation Rate

Please allow adjustability of responsiveness to rotation (i.e. what mouse drivers call "scroll speed"), so that actions like shortcut key-commands (e.g. ⌘⇥ or other) can be performed more rapidly. Best possible option would be a responsiveness-curve, so that users could have the ring send the shortcut periodically when rotating slowly, and rapidly increase the frequency with which the signal is sent as the user spins faster, so that the user could exceed their own maximum ability to spin the ring (which moves slowly due to friction).
