Bug in ScoreBoard class

Regarding issue #5 (ScoreBoard): When I tried to pass a variable of type Player to score function in ScoreBoard, I got an error saying the types are incompatible.

Feature 3: Multiple games

The game currently ends whenever a player wins. We should change the code so that when a game ends it asks the users if they want to play again. If yes the program should start a new game. If no the program should show the score board and then terminate.

Feature 1: Handling tie in the game

There is currently no check if there is a tie in the game (i.e., there is no longer a chance for either player X or O to win). We need to implement such functionality, where after a move, a message will notify the player if the game is in a tie and will end the game.

Feature 2: Scoreboard

We need to add a scoreboard that keeps track of how many games were won, lost, tied by each player.
