About the dual screen issue

Hi,
I've been getting the same dual screen issue as pictured at the bottom of your README.
When the system boots, the second display shows a black screen. After a minute or two, the issue starts displaying across both screens.
My situation differs, however, when I turn a screen on and off. Turning my second screen on and off has no effect. Turning my first screen on and off makes the second display black again, but then the issue starts again soon after.

Do you know what the underlying cause of this issue is? I'm trying to research it, but I can't find much.

(I have a GA-B250M-HD3 & i7-7700)
