I can't find where to fork.the code from

Sometimes using smartphones is a hutsle so switching to a laptop could solve the problem

Tip via Github App

As a admin in a Github Organization, I should be able to invite the Gibworkbot App to my organization.

• The app should request the least amount of privileges.
• Instead of tagging the bot, users in the Organization can use the command:
  \tip 1 user

Tipping Requests with additional Text don't work

When requesting a tip and the text contains additional text, the tipping bot doesn't reply. The expected outcome is that the bot should reply.
