Italian model outdate (1.1 vs. 1.3)

When loading the Italian model chared is complaining about a version mismatch:

This works fine:

$ chared -m english README
README: utf_8

However, this fails:

$ chared -m italian README
WARNING: Potentially incompatible model versions!
    /path/to/virtualenv/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/chared/models/italian.edm: 1.1
    this module: 1.3
chared: Unable to load charset detection model from /path/to/virtualenv/local/lib/python2.7/site-packages/chared/models/italian.edm. Invalid data format.

I haven't tried all languages but English, German, French worked alright.

Merge with charade project

Merge with [https://github.com/sigmavirus24/charade charade] project 
(previously known as Mark Pilgrim's `chardet` project). I think it is shame 
there are two excellent libraries doing almost the same stuff. Also, charade is 
easily installable from PyPI by `pip install charade` and it is used in popular 
`requests` library. It would be great if `requests` could use also great 
findings & features of `chared` library.
