Creating and editing Gimlet manifest files

Gimlet CLI has a ui that allows developers to configure Helm charts values. It's gimlet chart configure
There is also a command that configures gimlet manifest files on a ui: gimlet manifest configure

The goal of this issue is to integrate the UI component in Gimlet Dash:

• it should detect existing gimlet manifest files and allow for visual configuration
• it should write it back to git upon save
• should be able to discard changes
• if there is no gimlet manifest file in the repo in the .gimlet/ folder, the developer should be able create one, targeted to one of the online gimlet environments.
  • it should offer a predefined set of charts for configuration. It should come from an env varm with onechart being the default

I was recently looking at https://codefresh.io/features/gitops/ and something like that would be awesome.

Apps with 50+ deployed variations

There are apps that are deployed more than 50 variations.

The UI scales well for 1-5 variations.. Something needs to be done with such apps.
