Delay with Dolby Digital

Thanks for the guide! I found that after all manipulations, there occurs a significant delay of 500ms if the dolby digital is active. I tried reducing the sound quality for the virtual sound recorder, no result. Do you experience the same? Is there any workaround?

Surround sound audio feels fake/simulated despite sounding better before

A couple years ago I used this guide to get my Samsung TV with ARC, Sonos Beam, and 2 side speakers working on a Windows machine. In fact, it's this same one I'm using now. Some time has passed and I've wiped the OS (windows 10) for a fresh one and I have a need for this machine and TV again. Unfortunately, when I do the demonstration playback, the left and right surround are not as distinct as front left and right, and the left and right speakers still play audio at the same time as the rears, in fact, both rears play at the same time.

Settings:
FX Configurator and Recorder Tab: "Listen to this device" regarding the LG TV is on via "internal record" in the recording tab. I set up the appropriate dolby digital plus home theater (HDMI/SPIDIF) in FX configurator with internal playback as the default/selected device. APO x64 was installed with the Dolby Digital option and FX configurator, nothing else

Internal Playback: speakers are/have been configured with front left/center/right + rear right and rear left as per instructions (5.1). I have included and de-selected the .1 bass as I don't have one and neither have given me anything different. All options are left to default after clicking "next". Internal Playback is set to the primary device.

Samsung TV is also enabled and not the default device. It has a dolby tab which shows its "ON" and the Advanced tab is set to "Dolby Digital". Samsung TV is enabled but not the primary device.

This is a 1080 GPU running on an 11th-gen Intel processor. Windows 10 64-bit. LoopBeaudio version 1.2. HDMI is carrying the audio signal. Tested a 35 foot HDMI copper cable and a 10 footer as well Latest Nvidia drivers (recently cleaned via DDU and installed on a stable version), rebooted PC, etc.

2.10.6 (2022) version of APO installed via Mediafire link.

Oddities observed: After selecting speakers in the playback tab of Internal Playback (loopbeaudio) I cannot select any other speaker configuration as there is a blank space, the next button works fine.

Use Dolby Atmos?

I saw this guide and I haven't tried the paid app yet but the first part did work with no hitch. I was wondering if it was possible to use Atmos? I have a Sonos Arc and I'd love to do that if possible.

Help regarding Sonos pc surround setup

Hello and pardon me for asking another Sonos surround question but you’re the only one whom I’ve come across who has a workaround the whole HD Fury arcana situation and I would be deeply grateful if you can help,

first of all I have an Lgtv with standard arc hdmi port, my beamgen 2 (+sub mini and 2x era 300)is connected to the arc port and my pc is connected via nvidia graphics hdmi port to a lgtv hdmi port

I followed your guide up until the loopbeaudio part however I did give the demo a try and I think I might be getting the full program.

My question to you is, is my system a 7.1 ? And can I achieve atmos surround given the beamgen 2 and 2x 300s ? And quick info, when i play movies in plex on the desktop or play a pc game it says 5.1 Dolby digital in the app.. sry to bother you thx in advance
