rpi3-fosdem17's Issues

Can you explain this line of code?

I'm confused about this line, at line 33, hello.c
GPPUDCLK0 = (2 << 14) | (2 << 15);
According to the datasheet, if bit PUDCLKn (n=0...31) is set, then assert clock on line n .
So I think the code should be:
GPPUDCLK0 = (1 << 14) | (1 << 15);

How I can verify that it runs?

Hi there,
Can you please explain me how I will "run" the program and how I will verify that it runs?
I have to copy the content of the config.txt file at the end of the existed config.txt file ?
I copy / paste the files into /boot raspbian folder?
After all, how and what I am expecting to see? A hello world through a serial cable?

Any help about the "run " step please

Many thanks!

more help on compiler

The only place I can find the compiler you are referencing is free-bsd. Could you please give a hint as to which system supports gcc with that package name?
