DEVELOP - Map: As User selects field constant classification, the associated farm field (i.e. fmu) should be filtered or highlighted on the Map

Left Panel: Instead of loading the app with a default selection, only have a default Study Area and Start Year.

Time Series: In the second chart, when entering parameter 1 (or parameter 2) options, first chart is updated - it should upstate the second chart.

Left Panel: On small screens, the dynamic list of crop types is not visible on small screens

After a user views an Image Characteristic times series for a single crop, the time series graph does not update after choosing a second crop.

Use the following workflow to repeat:

1. choose study area
2. choose a start year
3. choose a crop (e.g. millet)
4. choose an image characteristic (e.g. image > spectral > ndvi average > geoeye1_ms
5. choose a second crop (e.g. maize)

Expected result:
The image characteristic time series should add a second line (and envelope)

Actual result:
The image characteristic time series DOES NOT ADD a second line.

Histogram: User should be notified (outside of a blank chart) when a combination of parameters does not have any results results

Left Panel: User should be able to un-select the ‘global end year’ parameter as it is optional

DEVELOP - Global Parameter: User can choose one or more crops for a specific study area and year (or time range).

DEVELOP - Time Series: User can view a Time Series Chart based on a selected Field Characteristic.

Originally we created a time series plot for image characteristics (spectral or temporal). This adds the ability to allow a user to create a time series plot for a field characteristic. Field characteristics change over the course of a growing season (e.g. vegetation height).

REQUIREMENTS - Document the general Requirements for the STARS web application.

DEVELOP: Time Series: User can choose a Spectral characteristic or Textural characteristic for a specific study area and year (or time range).

DEVELOP - Histogram: User can choose a 'Field Constants' characteristic for a specific study area, year (or time range), and crop(s).

DEVELOP - Time Series: User can view a Time Series Chart of an Image Characteristic for a specific Study Area, Time, Crop(s), Sensor, and optional parameter 1 and optional parameter 2. This time series will include envelopes for y-min, y-avg, and y-max values.

DEVELOP - Authentication: User can sign up, sign in to use the STARS Web Viewer

Histogram: Add ability for user to choose 'Number of Bins'. See detailed behavior in thread.

DEVELOP - Global Parameter: User can choose a year (start year) or a range of years (start year and end year).

Time Series: In the future, the STARS API will provide an updated response data spec that will allow the client-side code to understand how to render a chart for MULTIPLE growing seasons within the selected time frame.

App needs to be loaded before re-directed to login. Is there an earlier life-cycle hook for running logic to redirect user before the app fully loads?

Authorization Header is not being sent with requests to STARS API

Time Series: When user selects a parameter all ‘down flowing’ parameters options should be consistently cleared (or hidden when appropriate) and the previously rendered chart should also be cleared.

Time Series: User should be notified when no crops are chosen.

In the timeseries charts (image or fields characteristics) in case N=1 the min and max is being computed "artificially" by the API. Therefore when the user moves the mouse over a point in the chart where n=1 it should show some text like "Variability at this point is undefined."

DEVELOP - Requirement: App will load with a default selection of parameters so all graphs are rendered.

DEVELOP - Histogram: User can Classify the Histogram Chart (produced in Requirement 9) - this is performed by choosing a Classification Method (e.g. Jenks) and a number of classes (e.g. 5).

Time Series: When unselecting all crops, all previously selected time series parameters are disabled (allowing user to choose a new crop and view the same time series for a new crop).

UPDATE - Client-side http layer must request API endpoints with a token when JWT architecture is implemented.

Time Series: Need to compare three time series charts not just two.

Time Series: When Removing a Chart, everything must be cleared such as the previous chart and user selections. The only option available after Removing a Chart is the Characteristic TYpe.
