Class 3: Slide #16 should use the image from slide #17

It's a little confusing because it talks about padding, but the image highlights the margin instead. Would be better to use the image from http://girldevelopit.github.io/gdi-core-html-css/class3.html#/17
Remove master branch?
In other projects where the gh-pages and master branches were identical, I've found it convenient to set gh-pages as the default branch, and remove master. This avoids the hassle of keeping the branches synced, and prevents branch-use discrepancies like in PR #38.
style and script assets not included
Hey there. I wanted to have my GDI Oakland students be able to download this course for offline use, however it appears that the repo does not include the CSS & JS files referenced in the readme. Maybe I'm missing something?
