many methods should be extracted and generally cleaned up.

also there should be some code organization. i want the module file to set the entry points, and two files for the different concerns of Neorg format-cats and the auto-cats Autmcmd

Feature: Add Autosave as an opt-in option

I don't want to start saving files on default, but i would like this to autosave on the category insertion.

fix the bug in core.integrations.treesitter.get_metadata() and then do the update part

fix the bug with the updating and that it then shows categories thrice

Feature: add hierarchical workspace summary generation.

Issue

currently default neorg behavior is for Neorg generate-workspace-summary to insert the Categories as a list of combinations i.e

* semester_xyz 
* semester_xyz courseA 
* semester_xyz courseB  

etc. this is not so great, because categories are treated as hierarchical by this plugin. so the workspace summary should reflect that.

Idea

Add a Neorg sort-workspace-summary command that sorts the workspace summary using a Lua Table of hierarchical categories and Treesitter.

Implementation Note

• watch out what you can reuuse, or how you can integrate better with the reorganizing of the code so you can create good reusable functions for further use and use here.
