Add predefined searches for clans

I totally stole this idea from epsy's server browser.

remove unnecessary icons

right now there's over 1000 icons which will never be needed. once the basic UI is outlined, make sure to remove the unnecessary ones

Allow users to show empty servers

This is a no-brainer, but I still haven't implemented it because I still need a proper options menu.

Detailed server view

This is just a matter of styling since the data is already there.

Server grouping by EU & USA

This is just a rough idea. I'm not sure what this feature will look like, but I hope it will be useful. Once I put more time into this idea, I will decide whether it will make it into the v0.2 release or not.

implement caching for the user settings

user settings will be cached and retrieved in and from localstorage

pressing a char key on the keyboard is supposed to get you to the servers starting with that char

Show number of servers depending on searchQuery

the message saying how many servers there are should only show those with numPlayers > 0, unless searchQuery is not empty

More sophisticated sorting?

Things such as sort by region (eu, us, etc...). I'm not sure if this will ever make the cut since it seems like the general idea is pretty much the same as grouping by region and maybe some smaller things on top.

Add "show players" option

Some people may not want to see all players by default but rather when the they click on the detailed server view

Sharing of searches/servers

I'm not talking about sharing on FB or twitter, don't worry ;-)

the servers get reloaded even though reloadOnComeback is set to false

let's face it; the current code with the nested promises is a mess

This should be faily easy to implement since I don't plan on supporting legacy browsers anyway.

I'll either do a simple small sound or something along the lines of " has reached your desired amount of players", depending on which one the users prefer and which can be implemented while working on most browsers

Show user how to add the "armagetronad" protocol

The app that adds this protocol is already there (atleast a windows version), but the user doesn't see anything explaining him what he needs to do.

Add proper design

I will not release v0.1 before this is done.
