Everything looks good, well organized, kudos on your project, the page looks the same. Used the proper tags to the HTML and CSS file.

I just have one suggestion, instead of using the div class"form-wrapper" use the tag form and for the actual form use the tag fieldset. Other than that I have nothing to add.
