Website Design Not Responsive

The website is not responsive , it is getting distorted at various widths, it is not rendering properly on phones....

add hover color effect on cart option

Simply use the hover property in CSS and change the color of the cart option to green when someone hovers the mouse over it

The color should change to success green of bootstrap color themes

Code restructuring

Restructure the code

Explanation: Index.html has both internal CSS and js tags as well. Restructure the code to convert the internal CSS in index.html to index.css and also the js tags to index.js without any change in the functionality of the site.

NOTE: SITE FUNCTIONALITY SHOULD NOT BE CHANGED AFTER RESTRUCTURING OF FILES
