What do you think it would take to add a 10x8 block of cells to the form so that students could bubble in their 8 digit ID's?

Wrong marked_choices in a good image

Hi, first of all, congratulations to the awesome lib!!
I'am trying to build an small application to manage exams with rails, and I was testing this image above, that is ok to me, but the system dont get the responses. Is there something that i can do?:
