Separate views from logic

All iPad and iPhone views should be completely independent from the logic.

Sets should be disabled if there's only 1 player added to the game

Build a database of players when they're entered to be able to select.

This breaks skipping turns by tapping names, because there are no indicators to remove.

Not all options should be available when exposing them, depending on how many players are playing, and how many games are to be played.

After a crazy game, numbers and mults don't add proper num of hits

This happens after lots of hits and undos, after a long game...

Implement overlay buttons for Game options for iPhone/iPad.

Game options broken for 1 player

When there is only 1 player, no game options are available.

Starting new game adds incorrect number of indicators to player 1

Takes the same number of indicators last player has available and ads them to player 1, rather than adding 3 for a fresh game.

Wrap database logs in functions for easy reuse

Turn Banner sometimes slides up on first turn

Save current game stats separate from DB

Numbers hit should be saved as a user hits them independent of the global DB. Merged once game is over.

Reopening a number after undo touchEnables other players button

If 19 is closed, then it is undone, all other players' number 19 is made touchEnabled even if it is not their turn. This happens for all numbers.

Hitting lots of misses makes the wrong player touchEnabled

Unable to reproduce on iOS Simulator. Could be a memory issue on device.

Teams

Determine shown modal, remove correct one to minimize log errors

On every turn change there is a call to remove a modal. Figure out which one is showing, if either one, THEN try to remove it. This will minimize errors and improve performance.

Drag & Drop players to reorder

Display Let's Play after quitting game

Quitting a game and going back to options screen has everything still selected, but Let's Play text does not show.

Re-enable Touch after new set

After set is done, and new set is started from options below, touchEnabled is not running on any player. It should run on first player.

modal remains after player switch

This may be related to the remove modal issue. Modal remains open when hitting multiplier then opening options. Set options to killModal()

Each theme should have a value. A var should be set to the current theme and passed in to any function or element that can be changed with the theme.
