QtWidget Implementation of MyGaze Eye Tracking Interface

--------------First Version---------------------------- This Widget provides a small interface windows that will connect to the EyeTracking Device. The Coordinates of both eyes gaze are printed to the debug console every time they are sampled. A gaze event is taken as coordinates whenever your eyes stop in one spot on the screen and are also printed to the console.

TODO: -Add a GUI display for eyetracking data to the widget -Integrate the widget with the main haptics program interface -Add a settings pannel for the eyetracking device to the existing settings button.
