Car Health

• Car has health
• When health is low, it should smoke and max speed and acceleration should be dampened
• When health is gone, then explode the car, and restart the Player
• Player restart should wait 3 (any number) of seconds, before respawn (see #6 )

Update car mechanics

• Controls for acceleration / reverse
• Center of gravity for when flipping in the air
• Physics for when running into walls

• Add Ouya controller respawn/reset button

• Spawn positions are pseudo-random, and cannot respawn at a position while another object already occupies that space (select a different respawn point then)
