Add support for Twitter cards

I would like to see support for Twitter cards for the Global Azure site. It really helps highlighting the tweets to the community. What do you think? Can we add some metadata?

Microsft_Learn_Community GBU is still not showing on map.

the community folder is merged perfectly but still the community is not added to the map pin and in the list of communities.

Hello, I have a question.

I understand that each community should do a separate PR in order to appear in the map/website.

We'd like to co-organize the same online event, should we include the Sessionize info separately as well, or only one of the communities do it in the PR?

Can you enlighten me, please? :)
