Make sure this can't go above a certain amount, because when being dragged the people cuffed can run which allows cops to cuff, drag and run. They should be careful so they don't go out of range.

When i put this addon on my server, all my perma entities/NPC disapear.

I can't install it

I put the addon on the addon's folder and i add the content, but i don't see anything

Allow players to walk around while cuffed unless being dragged

Also, perhaps add ties around the legs so you can freeze people in place. This will obviously be configurable.

Use timer.Create instead of timer.Simple so that we get more control over the timer. Make a minimum and maximum time so we can randomize it. If a player is already stunned and he gets stunned again, it will stack until it hits the maximum time.
