Upgrade to DirectX11
The AloViewer uses DirectX9, which is deprecated. To avoid having to download the old DX9 SDK, the viewer should be changed to use DirectX11, which is included by default in the Windows SDK.
Note: this may mean that support for the "fixed function" graphics pipeline will become obsolete.
