Update PGNs with more recent games

Goal: Include recent games in player dropdown.
Optional: Add recent tournaments to the tournament dropdown.

Example:

• Script could take input of new PGN file, list of existing players
• Output all changed PGN files

PGNs are outdated at this point and including games from the Champions Chess Tour would keep openingtree at the cutting edge of theory.

Bonus points for a CI job to do this every month or so
