Consider adding `sudo` package

Consider adding sudo package to perform root level action on non-root user account.

Create images containing `node` package

Each image require npm & yarn package manager.

Should be total of three images:

• node-14.19.3
• node-16.15.1
• node-18.4.0

Create user during image build

Depends on platform type that (linux/mac) container will be build, write script responsible for creation user account inside container.

• On MacOS permissions of mounted volumes are handled for user inside container without any issues.
• On Linux platform to properly handle all permissions of mounted volumes is required a user account with the same UID, GUI, etc. as host user.

Bump up `node` version

Remove commented instructions form `base/Dockerfile`

Update `base` image configuration to match with scheme

The image configuration should be stored as follows:

<root>/
├─ <directory>/
    ├─ Dockerfile
    ├─ configuration
    ├─ dotfiles/

• <root> indicate repository directory.
• <directory> indicate directory with descriptive name.
