data_collector

The apps require at least two packages to be locally installed:

install.packages("shiny")
install.packages("rhandsontable")

The main app is this:

shiny::runGitHub("data_collector", "gobbios")

There are a few smaller examples that allow testing/debugging of smaller components:

data_collector's Issues

app freeze when editing data

The app freezes when trying to edit a focal session aggression table in the reviewing pane when the selected session is not active (i.e. for any session that is not the current one).

make focal session end after X consecutive oos entries

The focal session should be forced to stop if X consecutive point samples were oos.

app crashes when attempting to save focal session

If no focal session is active and the finish_session button in the focal panel is clicked (which would not be a normal thing to do/attempt) the app crashes.

editing of tables

When clicking on the edit button (e.g. in adlib aggression), a dialog opens and allows editing. After this dialogue closes, the same edit button becomes unresponsive until the user clicks first somewhere else in the table (even in any of the non-edit cells).
