Updates for next SDK release

Update the guides for changes introduced to the SDK post-0.12.0.

• Remove code that sets the backend to GA (this will be the default).

Profile Activity needs improved design

Profile Activity currently displays the contact's Name and Company. Name is in large blue text.

Here's the iOS app for comparison:

Compose Activity broken when starting a session

Compose activity was updated to use a different menu, which breaks logic in its parent class SubActivity.

1. Go to the compose activity.
2. Attempt to start a session.

App crashes.

1. Start a session.
2. Go to the compose activity.

SOS button is not hidden.

App is crashing

I have cloned the project in android studio and pushed it to my Android device.

When I launch the application, app crashes. Agent get only one notification on service console and then it disappears.

So, this is not working. Let me know, how this can be fixed.

• Mask one or more of the fields on the Compose Activity.
• Document usage as appropriate, remembering this is a guide.

Use custom drawable for masking in advanced flavor

This can be done programmatically or in the layout file. Since the layout is currently shared between flavors, it might be easier to do it programmatically.

Update to 0.12.0 SDK

Update the Guides app to the 0.12.0 SDK including any necessary API changes.

No additional examples added at this time.

Definition of Done

• App has a dependency on 0.12.0.
• No use of deprecated APIs.

Add Toast capturing to Compose Activity

• Add a "Send" button to the compose activity which shows a toast when clicked. e.g. "You have sent an email!"
• Add code to capture the toast in the SOS session.
• Document as appropriate, remembering this is a guide.
• Add description of the example to README.md
