UOM's as part of translation

How woudl we incorporate different UOM*s

here is a decent example:

Example is

“Little Johnny has ordered 5 apples that in total weigh 5 kg’s and will be delivered on the 25th September, 2022 at 3 pm”

In German :

„Der kleine Johnny hat 5 Äpfel bestellt, die insgesamt 5 kg wiegen und die am 25. September 2022 um 15 Uhr geliefert werden

Noice how it does not localise the weight or data or time to how it should be for a German in Germany ?

The Args in android xml can be extensible to handel this ? dont know.
The generator could be extended to handle UOM's ? Does it even need to be.
