Updating the current dev build for Windows 11

So the new build just got released in Wednesday called 22000.120 and it is available for beta and dev insiders. When I check for the current insider build, then it shows that it is 22000.120, however when I check for the current dev build, it shows that the current build is 22000.100:

Change bot's new insider version announcement / bot commands response.

This is my personal suggestion about @ninja Cat#0262 bot's new insider version announcement / bot commands response. Since you might not see this in moderator mail in ms discord server so I send issues page on here.
I think it would be better to change some sentence - "Windows 10 Insider" to "Windows Insider"

I think that would be better then just specifying what windows version it is (like win10 or 11) because it is hard to recognize for bot what windows version they're taking from now on
(especially when they develop both Win10 and Win11 across several channels)

Use an unambiguous date format

The dates that are being shown are in MM/DD/YYYY format which is primarily used in the United States.

Please switch dates to the YYYY-MM-DD (ISO:8601) format to remove ambiguity. Depending on where you are in the world, 11/12/2020 could be 11 December 2020 or November 12, 2020, but 2020-11-12 is only 12 November 2020.

Wrong beta build

It shows that 19043.1147 is the latest beta build but as it says here, the build is for release preview only as Windows 11 is coming to beta soon

The public bot does not work for me

It looks like a shards issue.
When I added this bot to a server, it goes offline and does not respond to commands.

If I talk to the bot through DM, it does work.
Will that be fixed?
(I don't know if this is the right place but I can't find another place to go)
