长安中心的文件上传系统，先配置publish.properties文件，配置版本目录，服务器地址，以及需要上传的产品简称
Strategizing系统会根据用户配置的版本目录，按照产品简称搜寻版本，并上传
版本目录下，放置以版本号命名的目录名，Strategizing系统会使用该目录名作为版本号进行上传
系统会遍历版本号下的所有文件，并依此上传，但只会搜寻版本号目录下的文件，不会再往下搜寻，所以如果版本文件是目录结构的，请先打包，推荐zip格式
