How to use Pageable with React?

fullpage.js license 이슈로 대체제를 찾은 결과,
Pageable이 가장 이상적이라고 판단하였다.
그러나 어떻게 리액트 프로젝트에 적용해야 하는지 모르겠다.
JS 지식 특히 프론트에 관한 지식이 부족하다.

아스날 경기 결과 스크래핑 중 오류 발생 하여 활동 내역 차트가 표시가 안되며,
heroku 앱이 정지 한다.

백준 사이트 스크래핑 막힘

기존의 axios-cheerio를 활용한 스크래핑 방식이 막혔다.
