Make navigation url's relative

Depending on the development server, url's startinf with "/" might not work.
Review:

-navigation tabs

create a build file for easier zipping of contents

It should exclude certain image, vendor, etc files from the file to be uploaded.

don't repeat navigation tab code

Find a way to encapsulate the navigation tab into a directive, with a proper controller for the "active" status.

replace filters for directives

Whenever possible, replace translate filters for the corresponding directives. This is better for performance, as if reduces the amount of event listeners active at once in the application.

make "Our services" tab style more consistent

• Font should be the same as for the rest of the site
• give more body to the initial text, maybe an additional "what we do" entry

Sanitization warning

Ensure that there is a proper escaping/sanitization strategy, so that we don't get angular-translate's warning.

improve load time

possible culprits:

• first picture "autoelevador_01" too big
• bootstrap.css.map, do we need it at all?
• angular.js, use minified version in production

utf8_encode depends on the environment

Calling the utf8_encode on JSON results is necessary in the Hostmonster hosting and in Windows development, but not in Mac development. Create another "environment" variable to reflect these different environments and act accordingly on query results.

remove old partial async translation loaders and translation controllers

They are to be replaced by a global static files.

add controller as part of the route

for the logic controlling tab display, check if it is possible to add the controller as part of the route, with alias, and refer to the alias directly within the HTML code.
