Reproduction of OOM issue

This is a reproduction of a beam pipeline crashing due to OOM. apache/beam#21817

Start up the Flink server

Successful cases

Problem 1: 1,000 x 5MB records

1,000 x 5MB records fails per README.fail1.md

Problem 2:

The problem I am trying to reproduce in this project is this error, caused by another pipeline: java.io.IOException: Cannot write record to fresh sort buffer. Record too large.
