Installation

There should be no necessary libraries to run the code here beyond the Anaconda distribution of Python. The code should run with no issues using Python versions 3.*.

Project Motivation

For this project, I was interested in what factors affect the price of Airbnb as I have been staying in NYC for a month:

1. Which borough has the most listings in NYC?
2. Which borogh has the most expensive an average price of Airbnb?
3. The room type that Airbnb offers affect the price of Airbnb?
4. what other features affect the price of Airbnb?

File Descriptions

There is 1 notebook available here to showcase work related to the above questions. There is a .csv file about the airbnb data that I used for this project.
