Slow rotated sub image drawing

As it stands, the rotated sub image drawing method fetches the pixel data of the image every frame it is drawn. This is done with a for loop over the pixels of the source region of the image. It is a concern as there may be cases where many rotated objects will be required (and many may be sub regions).

One fix/recommendation would be to save the sub regions of the image upon creation of the animation. This should prevent the need to get the sub region data and save O(sw * sh) time (where sw is the source width and sh is the source height.

It needs to do as such in order to rotate the data and place it in a new buffer.
