Develop a code base for the alarm clock in Python

This issue is to track the development of a code base for a Python alarm clock. The alarm clock should have the following features:

  • Allow users to set alarms for specific times
  • Play an alarm sound when an alarm goes off
  • Allow users to dismiss or snooze alarms
  • Have a simple GUI that allows users to interact with the alarm clock
